Let’s be honest. Few of us start the new year without a plan to eat healthier/ lose weight. Who knows how long the resolution will last, but while it does one of the easiest ways to stay healthy is with smoothies. Of course if you add a bunch of sugar filled yogurt and juices, it isn’t really helping your cause. But add some veggies, keep out the sugar and throw in the fruit and you got yourself a meal.
