Things I Love Thursdays- Scrubbing Bubbles Action Scrubber

Remember yesterday when I confessed my secret to clean tubs. Let me refresh. Kids, Softscrub, and sponges strapped to bums. Well the kids have been rebelling and I have had to come up with a new method. Don’t you fear, I have a new way to make them clean. It involves putting them in a cloth diaper, spraying them with pledge and sliding them across the coffee table.

But for the tub, I have discovered the Scrubbing Bubbles Action Scrubber. I have always been a fan of the Scrubbing Bubbles brand. And I am not even going to try and pretend that I have not been totally swayed by those little little cartoon scrubbers gliding through the tub. I am a marketer’s dream.

So I was given the chance to check out their latest cleaning invention and I jumped at the chance. Cause anything to make cleaning my tub easier, I am up for. But I was a little nervous cause the last Scrubbing Bubble product I tried to make cleaning my toilet easier was just a big ole disappointment and I really had high hopes for this one.

I am excited to report my tub is free of it’s rather noticeable ring. (Really I blame the body wash I am using which seems to leave much more residue than the previous one. It is definitely not because I only clean my tub with the changing of the seasons). The Action Scrubber is a 2 piece system. There is an easy grip handle and a disposable pad that is filled with those little cartoon scrubbers.

Well, of course, it cleans. But that doesn’t really impress me cause hello, it is supposed to clean. What impressed me is how easy it cleans. Cause a tub is really hard to clean. The reaching, the angles, the arm cramps from how hard you have to scrub to get rid of the ring. None of that with this baby. You still have to reach, but you can take the pad off the handle to get the hard to reach places. With the handle on, you barely have to use any elbow grease to get the tub clean. You can also do the tiles and the shower door with no residue or streaking left behind. Can’t beat that.

Because I love my readers so much, I am also gonna give you a coupon for $2.75 off. Ok, you caught me, I have nothing to do with this coupon, but I am gonna show you where it is so that counts for something. Right here!! You know I love me some coupons. So go buy yourself one and get that bathroom sparkling. And give your kids a break :)

  13. I have to say I am not a fan of the scrubber…….GASP…SHOCK..I KNOW! My little scrubby pad didn’t like to stay on the scrubber, and didn’t have enough soap for my cleaning taste.
