Frugal Friday- Disney On Ice Deal

frugal-friday-2-736462 I know times are tough for a whole lot of people and they are cutting back on anything that isn’t a necessity. But if you still have some extra to spend, I think the key in these times is to make sure you are always getting the best bang for your buck. Finding quality family entertainment is a challenge in itself. Finding affordable family entertainment can be next to impossible. That is why I am so excited to share a deal with you being offered by Disney on Ice.

First, let me tell you about Disney On Ice. I took advantage of a deal a few years ago to catch a show with my then four year old. It was a great experience.  There was singing, dancing, humor and all her favorite characters in all their life sized glory. And I think anytime you get a chance to see impressive skating moves done by someone with a gigantic costume on their head, you should check it out.

Now these tickets can be pricey unless you sit up in the nosebleed section. But if you use the code “MOM” when purchasing tickets for the following cities, you can get 4 tickets for $44. That is less than taking your kids to the movies. And if you only have one kid and go in with another family, you are really getting a deal. If you want to pony up a little more money there are also a few VIP and front row seats that you can get before they go on sale to the general public by using the same “MOM” code.

Dates and cities where families can use the national MOM code are as follows:

Disney On Ice presents Mickey and Minnie’s Magical Journey
April 15-April 19

Dallas/Ft Worth
Disney On Ice presents Mickey & Minnie’s Magical Journey
March 18-March 29

Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Fantasy

Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Fantasy

Disney On Ice presents a Disneyland® Adventure

As you can see there are several different shows being offered depending on your city. To learn more about the shows and purchase tickets, head over to the Disney on Ice website. Feel free to pass the code on to anyone you think might use it.

  3. We’re not one of these lucky cities either. But last time they were in town for us we went with a group (my very large extended family) and got a group ticket deal I think it was $50 for 3 tickets which included all the stinkin’ facility fees, handling charges, and parking tickets! But it was a night my girls will never forget!
