Ack, the holidays are upon us!!! (GIVEAWAY)

image It is November people. When did that happen? Which means the holidays are upon us. Does that freak anyone else out? Cause I am not ready. Like really not ready. I am stuck back in September. But Thanksgiving and Christmas are going to be her before I can blink and I can’t seem to stop it.

Thankfully, my bloggy BFF, Tricia is WAY more on the ball than me. She has put together an awesome, super yummy menu to get me through all the holiday meals. And I need it. Cause I only have Thanksgiving events on the calendar and I already have three. And I don’t even like Thanksgiving food!! But I am thinking I might just get through Thanksgiving with dishes like Pumpkin Cheeseball or Carmel Apple Pie Trifle.

Now, I have to make a true confession. I have not really jumped on the whole freezer cooking bandwagon. I love it in theory, but I just am not on the ball enough to accomplish it. But when you have three Thanksgivings to attend, suddenly making things ahead of time sounds really, really appealing. And The Once a Month Mom Holiday eCookbook has step-by-step instructions for cooking your holiday dinner in advance and freezing it. The menu includes grocery lists, instructions, recipe cards and labels. Also, you can choose between cooking for a family of eight or a family of 16.

There are almost 30 pages of recipes including:

  • Veggie Pizza
  • Pumpkin Cheeseball
  • Scalloped Corn
  • Freezer Mashed Potatoes
  • Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes
  • Slow Cooker Stuffing
  • Make Ahead Butterhorn Rolls
  • Turkey Baste
  • Cranberry Mustard Ham Glaze
  • Pumpkin Pie
  • Caramel Apple Pie Trifle

I am so excited to take the stress out of holiday cooking. Especially because I have no idea what I am doing for gifts so that is stressful enough. Would you like to get in on this stress free holiday thing? You can get the The Once a Month Mom Holiday eCookbook for only $9.99. It is a gorgeous ebook with step by step instructions and photos for every recipe.

How would you like to win one? Enter by leaving a comment and telling me what recipe you would most like to make from the e-cookbook. For additional entries, (leave a separate comment for each):
